Book ahead during popular sailing times, including:
Holidays, Weekends, Thursday and Friday afternoons and evenings, Sunday afternoons.
The reservation fee is $20.00
Make sure you book more than 24 hours in advance.
If you have a reservation you must arrive no less than 30 minutes before departure or your reservation will no longer be valid.
If you do not have a reservation you must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time, however, If you do not have a reservation it is in your best interest to arrive well before departure time to ensure that you can get a spot. If there is not enough space you will wait in the line-up for the next sailing. Double check the conditions online to see how full your boat is.
In the winter time we get strong winds and often sailings may be cancelled. Double check the conditions online to see if the sailing has been cancelled before you proceed to check in.
When you arrive to the ferry terminal check in with the ticket agent.
