Yes, we do allow tents. We do have a few, un-serviced sites. You can also put a tent in any serviced site in the campground. However, on the concrete pads and for the grass sites, during the peak, summer season, you pay for the services in the site, whether you used them, or not.
You can also put a tent in a site with an RV, as long as there are no more than six people staying in the site. That is the maximum number of people that we allow in one site.
All sites have a picnic table.
We only allow propane fires, which campers provide themselves. We do not allow wood burning, at any time. Propane fires must be out by 11 p.m.
BBQs and camp stoves, that use propane, or other containerized fuels, are allowed.
No charcoal briquettes, please.
Fires are not permitted on the public beach, at any time.
There are no gates, at the entrance to the campground. You are free to come and go, at any time. We do ask that you keep noise to a minimum when entering, exiting, or driving through the campground, at night.
During the summer, the pedestrian gates, that lead to the beach, are locked, from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Check-out time, for both the campground, and the cabin, is 11 a.m. Check-in time, for the campground is 1 p.m., for the cabin, it is 3 p.m.
It is advisable to use a pressure reducer, when you stay here, as the water pressure varies between 70 & 100 psi, depending on the site that you stay in.
All of our sites, except for the un-serviced sites(#5, #6, #7 & #34) have at least 30 amp. service. Sites, at the beach end, on the concrete pads, have either 30 amp. & 20 amp. outlets, or 50 amp. & 20 amp. outlets. If you don’t have the appropriate plug, on your RV’s electrical cord, we have adapters at the office.
Bookings are now able to be made for the years of 2018/2019. Recently we’ve gone through a change of policies to allow a first come first serve situation. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to reserve sites without a deposit.
