Travel to Parksville is fun, convenient and relaxing. BC Ferries provide fast, frequent service, carrying passengers and every class of vehicle between the mainland and Vancouver Island.
From the mainland, take either the Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay ferry, or, Tsawwassen to Duke Point, just south of Nanaimo. Fourty minutes after disembarking you are in Parksville.
Alternately, take the Tsawwassen Ferry to Swartz Bay and enjoy the drive up Highway 1 (approx. 2 1/2 hrs) to Parksville.
Rates are cheaper during the week than they are on the weekend.
